Shelby has been a nurse since 2015 and spent her nursing career at the bedside, working in the in-patient mental health unit followed by the orthopedics and trauma unit. She graduated from the Primary Health care Nurse Practitioner Program at Western University in 2020. Since then, she has worked at a Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic providing primary care to patients with complex health needs. She has also completed a post graduate certification in Mental Health and Addictions for Nurse Practitioners through the University of Toronto. During her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family, being active and being outdoors.

Sharon graduated in 2011 from the Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner program from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.  She worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Health Sciences North in the complex care diabetes program providing primary care to clients/patients living with diabetes until May 2023.  In May of 2023, she moved to Barrie, Ontario and worked at the Royal Victoria  Regional Health Centre in the Geriatric program until January 2026.  She is passionate about providing expert care in diabetes management and weight management, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes.

Justine is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years in emergency, primary, and complex care. Justine brings specialized expertise in women’s health, menopause management, and care for underserved populations, including those facing barriers to healthcare access. A dedicated educator and clinical leader, she has taught at Western University, Fanshawe College, and the University of Calgary in Qatar, and has contributed to published research in emergency care and nursing education. Her practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep commitment to health equity.  Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three, a partner, and a dancer who finds joy and balance through movement and family life.

Heather completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Social Work at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012, and her Master of Social Work at Western University in 2016. She has over a decade of experience practicing crisis intervention and solution-focused approaches with children, youth, and families. Heather also volunteered for Victim Services for several years, and she has been an on-call firefighter since 2017. Heather is passionate about integrating mind-body therapies, including self-soothing techniques. Heather is an approved provider for Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and the Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP).

Cindy is a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Office Assistant with over 15 years of experience managing patient scheduling, billing, Electronic Medical Records and front-desk operations.  Outside of work, Cindy enjoy spending time with family, travelling and spending time outdoors.

Melani completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western University in 2019 and began her nursing career working at the bedside as a Labour & Delivery nurse. She went on to complete my Nurse Practitioner education at Western University in 2023 and has been working in primary care ever since.

She has a passion for women’s and pediatric health and really enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. She strives to provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each patient’s needs. She is a proud mom to her one-year-old daughter.

Taylor graduated from Western University in 2020 and began her nursing career as a float nurse before transitioning to emergency nursing. She has worked as an instructor at Western and Fanshawe, as well as in emergency departments across Canada, experiences that have strengthened her adaptability and passion for learning. She returned to Western to complete her Nurse Practitioner education, graduating in 2025 after gaining clinical experience in emergency and acute care settings.

Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Taylor has worked in primary care, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management across the lifespan. She is passionate about timely, compassionate, evidence-informed care. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
