Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 4 hours notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 75% of the appointment cost as per our clinic’s policy.

Payment & Billing

Payment for services is required at the time of the visit

Any outstanding balances must be settled before further services can be provided.
